Abstract

Abstract. Innovation projects are critical drivers of technological advancement and economic growth. However, their success depends on multiple factors, including organizational preparedness, strategic alignment, and risk management. This paper explores the key dimensions of readiness for managing innovation projects, including leadership capabilities, financial and technological resources, organizational culture, and stakeholder engagement. It highlights the challenges that organizations face, such as resistance to change, uncertainties in market adoption, and the need for adaptive project management frameworks. The study emphasizes the importance of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning in fostering an environment conducive to innovation. Ultimately, achieving readiness for innovation project management requires a holistic approach that integrates structured methodologies, proactive risk assessment, and a culture of experimentation.
